Croesus
StrategyInnovation starts with intent. We ran workshops with leadership to set the business ambitions, then shaped the product vision with the product management team.
A pioneer in wealth management for more than 35 years, Croesus had to square a strong technology heritage with rising pressure to innovate. We worked three ways at once: strategy with the leadership team, hands-on sessions with the product and UX teams, and weekly coaching to keep things moving. That won buy-in across the organization while still drawing on the deep technical know-how of its specialized teams. Strategic retreats and hands-on workshops carried it through, from customer experience to business-model innovation.
Result
With a solid product-innovation plan in place, the Croesus team set its development and investment priorities for the years ahead.

Hydro-Québec
OrganizationHydro-Québec has innovated since day one. The challenge was channeling that opportunity and getting the many teams involved to pull in the same direction. That's exactly why we designed and built the structure behind Lab Hydro.
The lab was built as an accelerator for ideas surfaced through public and internal consultations. Projects like these carry real uncertainty by nature, around feasibility, desirability, or viability. Lab Hydro gives the organization a place to explore, shape, and move complex, ambitious projects forward, testing the assumptions that will decide whether they succeed.
Our work covered the project's strategic positioning, setting up its governance structure, building the new team's skills, and running a long series of working sessions. We also helped co-develop the Lab's methodology and stayed close to its flagship projects, bringing in specialized tools to frame needs, test assumptions, and give the work structure.
Result
Lab Hydro now runs on a dedicated team, a structured methodology, and the in-house capacity to carry about a dozen projects a year, spanning everything from Québec's energy transition to customer experience.

CAA-Québec
AccelerationCAA-Québec's innovation team built and tested new services to grow and refresh its membership. Today, it's a business success.
We worked on two levels: strategy with senior leadership, and hands-on support for the project teams. The goal was twofold: keep everything aligned with CAA-Québec's sustainable-mobility mission and growth ambitions, while building the internal skills needed to design, test, and move new services forward. That left the teams equipped to run design sprints, manage innovation projects, and deliver them successfully.
The work moved through clear stages: exploring the opportunities, launching projects, gathering field data from members, running pilot tests to confirm they'd actually work, then landing on strategic recommendations.
Within weeks, two pilots were live: road tests for new electric-vehicle buyers, and charging stations sold and installed through the online store. Alongside that, new membership options for cyclists took shape as the GO card.
Result
These initiatives helped position CAA-Québec as a go-to name in electric-mobility services, while opening new ways to refresh the value it offers members.
